Shop Policies

Hours & Location

Sun - Mon: Closed
Tues - Wed: Pickups Only. No drop-offs or consults will be taken at these appointments.
Thurs - Sat: 11am to 6:30pm

Located at: 399 W Marshall St, Ferndale, MI 48220

Payment & Deposits

Payments may be made via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card and must be paid in full prior to release of alterations

All ticket costs below $150 are required to be paid in full before work begins.

Any ticket cost above $150 will require a 50% deposit at the time of drop off. 

All rush orders must be paid in full.

Rush Services

Rush (4-7 business days):
Ticket Cost + 30% of ticket cost, minimum $10

Priority (1–3 business days):
Ticket Cost + 50% of ticket cost, minimum $25

Next Day:
Ticket Cost + 100% of ticket cost, minimum $35, limited availability

Storage Fee

Alterations not picked up within 60 days of completion may incur a storage fee of $25 per month charged every 30 days past pick up date. Alterations will be stored off site and pick up will need to be arranged via appointment to ensure they are on site.

ANY CLOTHING, GARMENT, WEARING APPAREL, LEATHER GARMENT, FUR COAT OR GARMENT, CURTAIN, DRAPERY, RUG, CARPET, OR HOUSEHOLD FURNISHING DRY CLEANED, DYED, PRESSED, LAUNDERED, ALTERED, OR REPAIRED WHICH IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 1 YEAR AFTER THE DATE IT WAS DELIVERED MAY BE SOLD, DONATED, OR OTHERWISE DISPOSED OF PURSUANT TO ACT NO. 275 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF 1989.
